Hi

if i have this query


$query2
=$xoopsDB->query("SELECT * FROM ".$xoopsDB->prefix("helpdesk_problem")." WHERE status='pending'"); 
$pending $xoopsDB->getRowsNum($query2);


how do i show this result in the submenu



$modversion
['sub'][2]['name'] =_HELPDESK_PENDING;
$modversion['sub'][2]['url'] = "modules/helpdesk/pending.php";


somthing like

Helpdesk
- Solved (20)
- pending (8)

nevermind..I figured it out myself..

$modversion
['sub'][2]['name'] = "" ._HELPDESK_PENDING" (<span style='color:red;'>$pending</span>)";
$modversion['sub'][2]['url'] = "../../modules/helpdesk/pending.php";

I see. I looked at the way it is managed in the content module, and there it is handled the way you did it in your first post. What didn't work there?

You could probably just use /modules/helpdesk/pending.php as the URL, as long as you are not running from a subdirectory. Another alternate would be to use ICMS_URL . '/modules/helpdesk/pending.php'. Your solution works, too.

I'd be interested in seeing how you implement this - I considered using ICMS for helpdesk, and the development was going to be rather extensive and I didn't have the time to put forth the effort.
