INBOX Intl. Joins Forces with Propertybase

Our Web development company in Montreal, Canada, INBOX International inc., recently had the honor of integrating Propertybase with ImpressCMS for a Real Estate client of ours: PYRO Real Estate Corp.

PYRO Real Estate is a privately held corporation that operates in the residential real estate market located primarily in South Florida. PYRO Real Estate's experts are based in offices located in Montreal, Québec, and Boyton Beach, Florida. PYRO Real Estate Corporation was created within the context of the economic crisis in the United States. In essence, PYRO Real Estate's experts seek and acquire a variety of properties that are subject to bank foreclosures. PYRO is positioned therefore to offer its customer base a wide selection of prime properties at very attractive prices. These properties could consist of single family homes, condominiums, townhouses or even vacant land.

Yet again, this site is another outstanding collaboration with our design partner Zone C Marketing Communication. Zone C is a Montreal based design studio excelling in state of the art communication creating a unique marketing personality for your company. Our friends at Zone C designed the entire Web site, from design to content, along with marketing strategy.

ImpressCMS and Propertybase

PYRO's Web site is powered by ImpressCMS, with two main modules. The first is SmartContent, a module developed by INBOX International to easily manage content of the site. The second one is a fully customized module created by our team to integrate with leanCRM Propertybase.

Propertybase is a web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application for real estate professionals running on Salesforce.com AppExchange. It offers Property Reservation and real time Inventory Management as well as a complete front and back office solution for real estate companies.

For PYRO Real Estate, INBOX has integrated a front end of Propertybase directly on Pyro's Web site. It is possible to search the inventory of property, view the results of a search or the complete details of a property. Finally, the contact and registration forms are also fully integrated, automatically generating a prospect record on Propertybase, as well as an automatic reply email reply to the interested visitor.
